Scarlette is a Haywood County native with 40 years of customer service experience.
She has served as program director for Haywood Spay/Neuter for more than 11 years.
Because spay/neuter services are essential to the health of dogs and cats, she is
committed to managing the program effectively and ensuring that low-cost services
remain available to every Haywood County resident.

She shares her life with Randy, her husband of 42 years; their three grown children;
seven grandchildren; and their 3-year-old mini Goldendoodle, Max. When she is not
spending time with family, she enjoys reading and scrapbooking with her best friend.
