Kelley Pezzella
Board Member

Raised in Charlotte, NC, Kelley attended Appalachian State University and UNC-Charlotte before launching a career in mortgage banking, specializing in finance operations and leadership. Her passion for real estate led her to a career in sales, marketing, and interior design, eventually taking her to Southwest Florida. Missing the seasonal changes, she now splits her time between Bonita Springs, FL, and Maggie Valley, NC.

With over 25 years in the home-building industry, Kelley has contributed to Habitat for Humanity and acted as an Ambassador in the "Built to Honor" program, dedicating mortgage-free homes to veterans with disabilities. A trained Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) member, she has participated in disaster relief efforts in SWFL and the Gulf Coast.

A Sarge’s volunteer and board member since 2022, Kelley is passionate about animal welfare and believes rescuing animals can transform human lives. She shares her life with her husband Jim and two beloved rescue pets, Cammie and Buddy Lee. Kelley enjoys traveling, photography, outdoor adventures, and hosting family and friends.
