Awards Ceremony: Sarge’s Adoption Center, Saturday, April 16, 2016
Entry fees are $7.00 per photo. Each photo needs a title and can only be submitted in one of the five categories – kitten, puppy, cat, dog, and photographer under age 12.
Each category’s top three winners will receive prizes.
